Capabilities - Quality Powder Coating

Powder coating is a free-flowing, dry powder. The difference between liquid and powder is that powder coating does not require a solvent to keep the binder and filler parts in a liquid suspension form. The coating is typically applied electro-statically and is then cured under heat to allow it to flow and form a more durable finish. It is usually used to create a hard finish that is tougher than conventional paint. Powder coating is primarily used for the coating of metals & aluminum. Powder coatings emit zero or near zero volatile organic compounds (VOCs), and produce less hazardous waste than conventional liquid coatings.

Stock Colors:

We stock a wide range of high quality standard colors. These colors are always on hand and available for a quick turn time. Our standard pricing is based on stock colors.

Special Order Colors:

If you cannot find what you are looking for in our stock colors, you can come in and take a look at additional charts and panels. For an additional charge, we can order the color of your choice and have it in house usually within 1 to 3 days.

Custom Order Colors:

For those hard to match colors that can not be found in our stock or special order colors, custom order powders can be created. Provide QPC with a swatch of the color you are looking for and we will have it custom matched with the desired gloss level. Custom colors have a 10 day lead time.
